It's sad that my first thought when I read all these stores about Phelps and his incredible accomplishments is I hope he's clean. How did we get to this point in sports where every athletic achievement has to be viewed through tainted mask of possible performance enhancing drugs. That thought sits at the back of mind when ever I watch sports now especially the Olympics.
